Refund Policy
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once processed.
Store Credit Refunds Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit under the following conditions:
- If the order is not delivered within 30 days due to LEHAR’s inability to ship.
- If the shipping location is unserviceable by our courier partners.
No Refund for Damaged Products
- Damaged products are eligible only for exchange as per our exchange policy.
Refund Exclusions Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:
- Incorrect or insufficient address entered by the customer.
- Recipient unavailable at the delivery location.
- Refusal to accept delivery.
- Customer dissatisfaction after product delivery.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
- Product tampering by the customer.
Refund Timeline
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days as store credit or direct transfer (where applicable).
